We are a Northamptonshire based couple, with many years of experience in the fields of specialist security and Care project management, HR and Executive Assistance, we have backgrounds in mindfulness and journalism and a love for art and crafts.

The source for MyCascada began a couple of years ago.
No single blog seemed to example the diversity we were after. So, with this in mind, a blog style website seemed useful, and development began.
