Our Philosphy
Welcome to MyCascada - Mindfulness Champions and Local Business Advocates.

We are a husband a wife team who, whenever we try to relax, our immediate thoughts go to waterfalls.

Wherever we are on our travels, a waterfall is a destination we always seek out. The unaltering flow of the water, and the intentional path it takes to reach its goal and ultimate destination, inspires us to reach ours.

Our ultimate destination is relocating to sunnier climes.

Cascada is the Spanish for waterfall.

MyCascada, was born out of our love for mindfulness, and what makes us happy.
This is: Food, Fashion, handmade crafts and self-improvement.
We are very passionate about supporting all things local. This is not limited to things local to us.

This blog, will champion local food, fashion and craft artisans. Giving our own personal, honest opinions on our experiences.
