Look out of the window.


The big day is hurtling towards you. Just sit and look out of the window.


Can you see anything that signifies Christmas? Your neighbours tree, a snowball fight?


Frost may well be underfoot. focus on this and the world around you. Does this increase your anxiety? Focus on how this feels.


Look around the scene before you. Notice small details as you have never done before. Use you breathing technique.


Does the wind blow the leaves down the street? How do they interact with the environment?


This will help you appreciate your immediate environment.
