Time for some fun. Sit at the table and play a board game. Encourage people to join you.


Try to put all of your concerns out of your mind. for the next hour or two, be fully present.


Pay attention to how people interact around you with the game. Their facial expressions whether they win or Lose.


Make it fun, no matter if competitive.


Playing a game reduces stress and encourages creativity.
