Wrap it up!
Have you managed to buy all of your presents yet? It's now time to wrap them.
Enjoy wrapping them and think about who you are buying for. Which paper will you use. Which tag.
Does it make you feel good to have thought about who you are buying for and can you imagine their face when they open it. So special.
Are you getting exited yet?
Observe how the paper feels, the weight of it, the colour. Don't rush this. wrap carefully and well. Notice the sticky tape the tag and cord. Write with care and take your time.
Focus your mind on the little things, this may be mundane usually, try to open your mind to it being enjoyable and an experience that is all part of the giving of the gift.
