Gratitude.


In a matter of days, you will be going around distributing your gifts. In return you will no doubt be receiving some too.


Let's spend a few days being grateful for what we have. Every day in the evening, write down something that you feel grateful for that day.


Whether it be for someone picking something up for you that you dropped.

For them making you a drink, or, taking a job from you that was on your 'to do' list.


Write it down.


This will help you focus on the positive things that happen during the day, when as humans we immediately focus naturally on the bad.


Appreciate things.
