Singing elevates your mood.


You don't have to sound like Adele either.


Activating your breathing and mind aids you to be in the present and helps the memory.


Singing carols in a group or into your hairbrush in the mirror, it does not matter.


Simply sing along to the radio. Feel the breath in your chest, the rise and fall of your chest.

concentrate on your words, the melody, the beat. Is this tune personal, does it take you back?


Express yourself through dance, sway along to the music. Singing is fun and good exercise.


You should feel relaxed and in the moment afterwards.
